This place is exceptionally nice with a perfect location, just a short walk to everything, easy to find, close to a tram station, and offers a great variety of delicious food.

What a comfortable stay, nothing too much trouble. Clean place with particularly nice view over parkland and out to foothills. Welcoming and always pleasant staff, bright deluxe room. What a great location close to public transport! Based just next door to restaurants and cafes, and City Centre.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were accommodating, location was favourable to a really nice cafe around the corner. The room I booked was did n't appear as updated as photos and available with a very comfortable bed.

Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Large room, very comfortable beds. Having a bath in my room (it's great to relax in after shopping and sightseeing) Good facilities.
Slightly shabby in parts. Cheaper acommodation on lower floor has worn carpet. Some seats on the upholsterd dining chairs in the Steak House restaurant were soiled.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great and the availability of off street parking is a winner.
